We are available to assist tenants in finding rental properties, even though we may not have any "inventory" properties available at any given time. Because we are licensed REALTORS, we have access to the MLS and can find any rental properties in Maryland that are listed by real estate companies. You can see the homes that we have currently for rent and now also search for rental properties right from our web site ... we have them separated by County and by monthly rent to make it easy for you.

When you find a property that you would like to rent, you will need to complete a rental application that is submitted to the owners for review. The application processing fee varies from company to company. The cost for submitting an applicataion for one of our properties is $40 per adult (each adult over 18 MUST BE on the lease and must submit a separate application). Some real estate companies have their own application process, so we will follow their instructions.

DMS Properties, LLC currently does not have any homes in our inventory that will honor Section 8 vouchers, but we may be able to help in finding rental listings that do accept them.
