Once the property owner accepts a rental application, DMS Properties, LLC will manage the property during the lease term. We provide complete service to the home owners ... signing the lease, changing the locks, handling any maintenance items and repairs that are required, collecting rent from the tenants, monitoring the property during the lease term to verify that the terms and conditions of the lease are being honored, and handling the move-out process when the lease term ends. We will also take care of any legal issues that arise, including the potential eviction of tenants if that becomes necessary.
