Because we are also licensed REALTORS, we can list your property for rent through a real estate brokerage company, which will put it into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We now are able to provide information about rental properties currently available. You can search the rental listings to see how your property compares.

Having the property listed, though, isn't a requirement for you to use our property management services. We can manage your property even if you already have tenants in place. We can also advise you and assist you in finding tenants without listing the property and paying a commission. Regardless of whether you list the property or find a tenant on your own, we process the Rental Applications to screen the tenants at NO COST TO YOU (it costs the potential tenants $40 per adult). We usually can provide you with the report within one business day.
