Using Tenant Placement Service Agreement, we can help the owners
of our homes find tenants for their rental properties, even if they have
it listed with a Real Estate Brokerage Firm (as long as the Listing Agent
agrees). DMS Properties, LLC is not a real estate brokerage company,
so we do not operate in quite the same way and do not charge real estate commissions. We will pay a finder's fee to REALTORS who bring a qualified tenant for one of our properties.
